Should I put a coat of clear finish on cabinet fronts

that I painted with unsanded grout mixed in wall paint? I loved the crinkled, bubbled up look, but I'm wondering about long term durability and if I need to seal them with a clear coating of some sort. These are bathroom cabinet drawer fronts. Thanks.

@Sherry R You will want to get a product that dries really fast & hard. I hope you primed before you put that finish on? You may need to do 2 coats. Make sure to have lot's of ventilations when you do it.
