I find at Lowes. I am sure you can find it at Home Depot or hardware store anywhere.
TSP (trisodium phosphate) is a powerful cleaner used to clean and prep walls, etc prior to painting. You have to be very careful using it. Use rubber gloves and protective eye wear. Ace Hardware, True Value stores and most any hardware stores that sell paint will carry it, including the box stores like Home Depot and Lowes.
Also sold in some chain grocery stores. And even some dollar stores.
If this is captalized, it is a Tablespoon, if not, it is a teaspoon. OK? J.
