Yes the best and cheapest option...brown is an old color from the 1980s and before....todays trim is best in pure white and it will pop against the color of your walls...I have all the trim white inside my home ...I used a satin finish from Behr at Home Depot...love their paints easy cleanup in water based..you will be amazed at the difference white trim makes in a room!
