How to perk up old kitchen countertops?

My house is 23 years old, I would love to replace or find a way to update my countertops. Any suggestions other then peel and stick would be helpful.

Look into gianiproducts.com for countertop treatments that will please the eye and fool your visitors into believing you have replaced them with granite. The process is easy to do and the result is gorgeous.

Rustoleum counter transformations. I haven't done it, but have been researching and it gets good reviews. I'll be interested to see what you do. I have a project I'm researching to do this type of project too in a month or so.

I saw that months ago , and someone posted on here that it is not durable for a very long period of time. Have you done it? How long? Is it holding up?

Depending on the amount of countertops, I'd just get new countertops. The newer laminates looks great and would be affordable. If you have painted cabinets butcher block is great. You can even buy it by the piece now at box stores. Another way to go is putting wood down and then attaching flooring or even going the cement route. You have a ton of options. How exciting!
