You need to get a contractor out there. Appears the floor is rotting under the tub. You may have some structural damage.
You get a professional! And the sooner the better. Sounds like some major structural damage going on underneath your tub.
sounds like you have wood rot. You'll need to get a plumber to see if you have a leak that's caused the problem. If you aren't able to fix the structure beneath it you may have to hire someone to fix it. Check with your homeowners insurance to see if they'll cover the repair cost.
Definitely get someone out there to look at that before someone gets hurt. The weight of someone getting in and out of the tub could make it fall through the floor. I would guess there is water damage somewhere causing the floor below to rot. Very unsafe....please be careful!
