I have a summer comforter that is quilted on top. Any suggestions?

getting wrinkles out of a quilt top comforter. Washed it and dried on low, put it on the bed. So wrinkled.
The batting in the middle of the quilt may have shrunk a bit giving it these wrinkles. This will happen if it is made from cotton and not prewashed before making the quilt.
There is a wrinkle release spray you can apply.....they have it at Dollar Tree right next to the Freebreeze. If the fabric or stuffing shrunk, you could make a pretty duvet cover out of 2 sheets.
