well that's SO easy ! Just take off the shade from the roller...measure your fabric...glue your fabric on it and Voila ! You can double the fabric so there is no BACK side.
You can add fringe to the bottom. I use Fabric Glue...you can use a hot glue gun too. I have done this many times...so easy and so easy to change ! You can even pick up shades at the Thrift store and have seasonal ones waiting to be changed !
