I loved making these as a kid and they're just as much fun now as a grown up! This is the perfect project to kick off summer with your little ones :)
First, create your design in an oven-safe container.

First, create your design in an oven-safe container.
Place container into the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. (Oven times and temperatures may vary).
Remove the container from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Time to remove your design! It should pop out with a little bit of pressure. If not, you can use a toothpick or knife.
Use hot glue to attach the string to the sun catcher to make it ready to hang.
Your sun catcher is complete!

I have used my oven and my BBQ grill. The smell was terrible both times and the BBQ grill was way too hot. As mentioned above, use beads that are meant to melt when heated if you can find them.

Your really good if you can get a pretty little multi colored heart out of a two color peace sign!
why don't you want borax in slime?
What material do you use to put the beads in? What creates the clear body of the sun catcher?
