Try using a cleaner form scotch guard
I have had luck cleaning furniture with Dollar Tree foam carpet cleaner. First shake and vacuum off all dust and debris. Test some foam in a small back section to make sure it does not bleach or discolor the chair fabric. Use a dampened and squeezed out sponge to start wiping down the chair. Instead of one small section at a time, do a once-over of the whole chair. Open windows and turn on a fan and let dry. Vaccum or brush the fabric. Pay attention to the water you wring out of the sponge to make sure the dirt is coming out. Pay attention to special stains and extra dirty areas. Slow and steady. Always let it completely dry so it does not mold or grow mildew down the road. Good luck!
