shabby chic is always nice sand the coffee table down so the calk paint adheres to it do you have a pic of the coffee table
This all depends on what finished look your going for and what the table is made of. I could be a bigger help with more details or if you go to the search bar and put in coffee table you could look at what others have done for ideas.
I will be in touch, thanks
I have a coffee table I want to do as well. It's old and a mess but our grandkids play on it and we don't care. It's plain except for a black indent that goes from one side to the other with two glass panels on the top with something that looks woven under the glass. I'm going to remove the glass. Sand it down, paint the major part of it, paint the black indent and the part under the glass to go with our room then seal it. It's nothing fancy, but it should make it look better. Once our grandkids grow up, we'll replace it, but for now, this will be a temporary fix.
thanks for all the ideas
