Edith beat me to it. I would use vinegar as the acid will kill the fungus without the sugar that is in coke. Dump a good amount and scrub with a good stiff brush, then hose off and let the sun dry it out.
Also, Spray & Go at Home Depot takes care of all fungus, mold, dirt. Spray on and just let it dry. Rain washes it off over a period of time. Not harmful. Read label to see if it fulfills your needs. Has good reviews.
