My black galaxy starburst bathroom granite tiles look flat and dull - how do I give them the "wet look" shine?
Sounds like it needs new caulk. If the tile has lifted to the point you can get something under it I would first run a fan on it for a couple days to make sure it is dried out. Spread glue under the tile and put a weight on while it dries. Than apply a good caulk to prevent further problems.
If the flooring is running along a straight edge, you could install a small piece of wood trim (quarter-round) along the edge to hold the flooring in place.
Both answers are good but I agree with Tammy you should dry and caulk the area
