How can I fix the flooring in front of bathroom tub?

I am redocorating my sons bathroom and the flooring is coming up right in front of the tub.

    Sounds like it needs new caulk. If the tile has lifted to the point you can get something under it I would first run a fan on it for a couple days to make sure it is dried out. Spread glue under the tile and put a weight on while it dries. Than apply a good caulk to prevent further problems.

    If the flooring is running along a straight edge, you could install a small piece of wood trim (quarter-round) along the edge to hold the flooring in place.

    Both answers are good but I agree with Tammy you should dry and caulk the area
