Textured glass can become slippery in winter
Here you go, these links will help. Before the concrete is "set," just gently push your textured glass into the partially cured cement. I would use on the side of the steps or risers so no one slips in rain, snow or inclement weather. Have fun!

Build a simple rectangular wooden frame that is the size of the step you want to make. Use quick-Crete concrete mix (just add water) and pour into your mold. Create your pattern in the wet cement wth the textured glass and make a pretty mosaic! Let dry solid and make your step!
