Attach to your table with a product called thinset . It can be found at Lowe's or Home Depot . Grout only after the thinset is dried and seal the grout.

Thin set & grout are traditional, water resistant, & messy.
But for: quick, easy, & waterproof; I have a different way to do it.
I used liquid nails to attach tiles to an outdoor table. I used something on hand for spacers, but your local hardware store has actual plastic tile spacers, which makes it easier to get consistent spacing. Once that had set up, I used silicone caulk instead of grout.
