If they are rusty ,lightly sand ,clean and spray paint them with Rustoleums 2X for metal.
Sand and clean. Spray with Rustoleum for metal. Be creative with the top of the table and use a stencil.
Does your lawn chair have fabric? If so, you could replace the fabric with something different. Take the old pieces off and save for a pattern. Pay attention to how it was attached to the chair. While the fabric is off, clean the chair, sand off any rust then use at least 2 thin coats of Rustoleum for metal. You could make the table to match, spraying the legs, using fabric for the top, then seal with Minwax polycrylic. You'll make your set look like new.
