My bathroom vanity tops are cultured marble with sinks...what are my options to redo/refinish them ?

You learn something new every day! I did a google search and found this http://www.tidbitsandtwine.com/paint-cultured-marble/ This is a very good blow by blow of what you need to do to paint over your vanity tops! She has great photos and a materials list. Good luck with your project. You should post pictures - before and after here! I am going to follow you so I can see the results if you decide to do the project!
