I agree with everybody else, E 6000. Also maybe Gorilla Glue might be helpful. Hope this helps. Good luck.
If using Gorilla Glue , make sure to get the one that dries clear and be aware that it expands .
E 6000 is the best and easy to use. This glue was practically made for glass crafting.
The Glue that I really like when working with glass projects is the E-6000 glue. Just be sure to work in a well ventilated area.

Agreed! E6000 is the best for glass. After 2 years my bong is still together and not leaking a drop.
