Water! Let it soak awhile, the use a sponge or paper towel to lift what has dissolved. Then a little vinegar over the residue, then baking soda sprinkled over that. Leave it alone while it is bubbling and working. Then gently sponge again. Continue to repeat these steps, gently rubbing at the edges. A wooden spoon is also a good scrubber and scraper. Sugar gets hotter than almost anything else you cook. That's why it burns so badly. Best wishes 😇
