I wish you could! But it's really easy to dust blinds if you slide a long old sock over your hand/arm and use it as a dust rag and run it over closed blinds.
I lay mine out on the lawn and give them a coat of floor wax. It helps!
This may sound weird however I noticed if I turn them up inside of down, they seem to stay dustless. Not sure why.
Figure out how to keep blinds dust frrr, get a patent and never work another day in your life!!!! (My least favorite chore is dusting blinds :( )
