I'm assuming you are talking about the concrete...Lowe's sells a concrete cleaner that works well. If you are looking to clean the screens then simple soap and water will do the trick.
If you are asking about the screens, I used small rectangular scrub brush that i had attached to an old broom handle. It screwed right on. Use a soft brush not a hard one. A hard brush can tear the screen. Don't push hard, just 'sweep' gently. I didn't need any soap and water.
A micro fiber floor mop with 20% vinegar solution will work.
I use one of those Resolve soft carpet brush put on a long pole. I like to use a bucket and pour the cleaner on starting on top, or for a hose use one of those Windex bottles that fastens to the hose. I save those old Windex cleaning bottles to use to clean my car, spray weed be gone, and with various cleaners for other household cleaning projects. Even cleaned a ladys RV with one.
I always use a hose and a soft tipped broom to clean my screens, with all the trees around here we have a lot of little spiders making webs everywhere!
