Would like to update track lighting in my den. Have Cathedral ceiling

I have 8 old style white track lights over two large pictures in my den on a wall that is 23 ft. high. Would love to update without spending time with sheetrock work where old track is installed.

How about changing the lamp shade parts? You coudl paint them or replace them with mason jars for a brand new look! Best of luck!!
