You can make a mosaic tile table or bench.
I made a cement walk way and inserted them in the cement,looks so beautiful and makes for great conversation when people walk on them.
Grab a frame form the dollar store, remove the glass and make sure the backing is attached firmly, ( add glue or screws) Lay the tile pieces in a pattern you like grout. Now you have a trivet for hot pots.
If you have any pieces that are large enough by themselves, you can add handles on opposite sites and make a unique tray. Or as Lynanne suggested, you could get a picture frame from the dollar store, add handles to that and create a tray utilizing the frame. The possibilities are endless. What makes it fun, eh?
