Hi Leslee,
I have tilt-in windows, but I just don't like to clean my windows. I purchase a Groupon every spring and have the windows professionally cleaned once a year. I have a large 2-story home and this is a very affordable and time-saving solution. Good luck!
We bought a long-handled brush at Home Depot. First we use the hose to wash off all the loose stuff. The water usually sheets right off the glass.
