We have a small power washer that does the trick. We used to clean it with a scrub brush and a non-toxic scouring powder such as Bon Ami or just plain baking soda. That works too.
Baking soda and water
If it has hard water stains vinegar works well. Otherwise a good scrub brush and a little baking soda.
I use Dawn a scrub brush and garden hose.
With a scrub brush and a mild bleach solution. When done throw a few copper pennies in with the fresh water. It will stop algae growth.
I always used a bit of mild household cleaner or dish detergent, a scrub brush with hard bristles, and sprayed the bowl of the bath well with water before refilling. Cleaning every 2-3 days should keep down the algae that grow on the bowl.
