What's the best flower/plant to grow in Texas?
I know that opinions vary, but what's your opinion?!I have great luck w Rosemary plants. Green all year long.
Kudzu is horrid stuff. I have had luck by pulling the vines out of the trees as much as possible, cutting them to about a foot or so while leaving some of the leaves on. Then literally dipping the stems and leaves in a strong batch of Brush be Gone. You may not get rid of it all at once, but you will certainly be limiting it's power over your trees
Thank you for your response. My kudzu is really, really bad. I will try your suggestion.
After you get the vines out of the way, use them to make wreath forms! They are pliable when "green" and look awesome after they've dried!

Goats, the only thing that works!!
i Bev, Us North JawJaw types gotta hang together or we'll hang separately. Like somebody else said gettin' a goat is the best way. or maybe two or three of them. After the Kudzu is eaten up, start parking your truck on it. Let the kids play on it, family reunions, church camp meetings etc. It doesn't stand up well to people walking, driving on it and so on.
