Unless those fruits and vegetables have roots on them you are not going to be able to regrow them
Look on you tube
I have successfully grown citrus trees from seeds. Just lay them between a layer of damp paper towel, put in a ziplock bag and leave for about a week in a sunny place. Plant the ones that sprout under a shallow layer of rich soil. Water frequently.
Yes, there are plenty of sites on You Tube and Pinterest about the subject. Just type in: "regrowing vegetables" and you will find lots of help.
I always grow things from the seeds I get from my vegetables.just pick out the seeds and let them dry for a couple of days and plant them directly in your soil.I have grown peppers, tomatoes cucumber, eggplant the list goes on and on.I've even grown pineapples, ginger and garlic.so keep on growing it's fun and there is nothing better than growing your own vegetables without pesticides and chemicals.good luck
