I have purchased the inexpensive bed pillows at discount stores, usually about $2.50 each, moved the stuffing around to make square, rectangle or even round pillows. Mark shape with pins and stitch. Easy, and sometimes you can get two pillows out of one purchased one. You can make them as full or soft as needed.

Forgot to add, that I don't use another piece of fabric to make the form. Just use the white fabric the pillow is made out of!!! Happy napping.....
