Why have my rose bushes turned black and lost all leaves?

I have used rose food and miracle grow but nothing helped

that would be a fungus.Check the stems to see if they are still green.If so apply a systemic fungus control for roses.
are they in an area that is recieveing a great deal of water? also a fungus may have invaded them their are some very good fungus control options for roses benomyl and dacaonil are very effective but first remove and discard black leaves and use fungucide also to prevent a reoccurance us liquid sulfur in early winter months when the roses are dormant
Try putting a banana pill down at the base or root of the rosebush. I have been doing this for years and my roses are growing like weeds
