First find the hole where they can get inside and be prepared to fix it when they leave. Then try any method to make them leave, noise worked for us.

play talk radio very loudly 24/7 until they leave. they are afraid of human voices. my friends used an old boom box stereo to rid racoons from their weekend home attic , then closed up the access they used once they were out. worked like a charm. the critters relocated to a quieter spot!
Soak cloth in Sudsy Ammonia and place it in the attic, or wear ever, my sister did this in her mobile and watch the squirrel disappear.
