Papyrus, dwarf gives height, some of the deep purple or varigated Elephant ears, and Canna lillies for colorful blooms. Yoy may want to try water lily... Depending on your zone, you may have to remove the pots/bulbs and over winter

Don't forget to buy some cheap goldfish to keep the mosquito larva at bay. In Raleigh, this tub will probably freeze and you'll need to restart in the spring. Consider the mature size of the plants or you'll overgrow your tub. Don't get more than 1 of anything.
