You could do a cleat and use liquid nails to fasten to the wall.
You could use anchor bolts that spread out after you predrill a hole, and when you put screw in it expands.
You could add some metal hooks to the window frame to hold it.

You need Molly bolts go to your hardware store and ask about them, and they"ll tell you how to hang them
Use drywall plugs that fit the screws you use
And glue pieces of felt on the back to hold the pegboard away from the wall
Try putting hooks in your ceiling close to the wall, I'm sure there are some studs up there. Then hang the peg board on them. You can also add a small chain to bring it down lower.
