The Garden Frog with C Renee on Jan 26, 2014If the toilet seat is in new condition, I believe most stores that carry toilet parts will carry new bolts. These might have become stripped and you need new ones. They only cost a few dollars. good luck!Helpful Reply

Cant remove toilet seat. Plastic bolts wont turn
Please help, I need to know how to replace a toilet seat with tight bolts, I can't get them to loosen.
