I would think it would be best to begin in the corner since that would be the most difficult area to reach, and in the VERY detailed videos on this link from Home Depot it looks to me that they are also beginning in the corner; take a look and I hope this link is useful for you. You should first dry fit the tiles and see how they fit. You can then adjust them so that you don't end up with a very narrow strip in a corner. Once you dry fit, mark where you want to start your first tile.
