Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?
This is my pink bathroom. The apartment is a rental, so I can't retile. What can I do to hide it or change its color?
i would use crown molding or trim board depending on how wide you want the frame. It would be less expensive than custom framing. I would make a practice frame out of cardboard first. it will help you see what the framed area would look like and what your measurements would be. Sound interesting! Hope you will post a picture when you finish!
You could even use an actual picture frame, if the dimensions work! Say your cabinet is 9x11, you could get an 11x13 that you really like, and just cut off the excess. :)
This is a terrific tutorial. You could use milled trim so you could cut out that step. I would also be inclined to use liquid nails instead of epoxy for the final glue to the mirror step.
