Get a border Collie they love to herd the geese and keep them away.
A lot of our local golf courses and parks have black silhouttes of dogs like german shepards where the geese are
Dogs are great at keeping them away. If your not wanting to get a dog.... I would record a big dog barking. Also some kind of a cover would help. My neighbor uses a big light weight plastic cover. Using metal steaks to keep it down.
Mothballs help. We also have used firecrackers to scare them away. It takes a few times but they do get the idea not to go there and does not hurt them. I have not tried it but maybe use chicken wire around garden?
At work we have fake dogs and owls all around the building. It helps.
