try using clear silicone glue or E6000
You would need to use a green Scotch Brite pad to polish the edges of the plexiglass if they are dull or cut. Use Locktite super glue gel (not liquid) to glue the the edges. The super melts the plexiglass together. Be careful not to get any glue on the surface of the plexiglass. First try on some scrap.
There is a specific glue for that, I would check on Tap Plastic ....they are the largest plexiglass and plastics store, and they have a website. They have a video on adhesives, https://www.tapplastics.com/product_info/videos
I've recently seen ads on tv for clear gorilla glue.
