Planting asparagus do you cover the whole plant?
I am growing asparagus and I've got 5 asparagus roots. Do you cover the entire plant or leave what looks like a stick on the top out of the soil?

Yes, plant it at about 6" deep and don't over tamp the soil around it. The root system needs growing space to expand.
