I use a little coconut oil to clean my leather . In a "wax on, wax off" kind of method .
My daughter tells me to use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a face cloth and gently rub over the piece of furniture.
Rubbing alcohol on a wet wipe, or peroxide is better on old, set in stains, on a wet wipe.
Has the Nubuck leather been sprayed with an industrial-quality waterproofing and stain-proofing? Soon after purchase the spray should be sprayed on. Nubuck leather is not the same as suede. Suede comes from a lower part of the bovine (cow, steer or bull of the cattle family) skin while Nubuck comes from the top skin of the cattle family, and is more durable and comfortable than suede. Clean with a Nubuck recommended cleaner, spraying with a fine mist. Do not soak. When dry, go over with a vacuum brush attachment, fluff with a soft brush. The above is a brief description and a suggestion, consult a professional furniture cleaner, or if in further doubt, surf the internet. You have purchased natural beautiful furniture which requires regular attention and thoughtful care.
