Hi Aimee, You could use any kind of cinder blocks or bricks as the sides with a piece of wood as the top. I would put a mirror over the bar just like a real Bar. When I was in college, we used milk crates stacked with an old ironing board as the top. LOL That was a long time ago. (I won't even say how long) Another idea is to go on Craig's List or E Bay to see what is available to purchase. Hope this helps.

You can easily make a portable bar out of a rolling cart.

I'd shop around your house first, maybe you have a small table or even a small dresser that could be repurposed., or look at a thrift store for a little table or rolling cart like previous suggested, to set up the beverages.

Two to four wooden keg barrels (think storage inside) and place an antique solid door (no glass) or solid door of choice on top. Paint, stain, leave as is, or whatever fits your décor. You could also add shelves between the barrels for storage. Over your bar hang themed lighting and/or open wood slits for hanging your glasses. Check with a local home store for lighting and hanging glass ideas. Door knob on the door, leave for added vintage décor and drape your bar towel around it or remove and hang a bar towel in the hole. Here's to you!
