Stacking plastic storage bins. Roll the towels and place in one storage bin in this order: bath towels on bottom, next the bath mats, then the hand towels and top with the wash cloths. Rolling creates space to add more. Do this with all your clothing items in the bins too. Coordinate bin color with your décor or mix and match, depending on your taste. They can be sprayed with outdoor plastic furniture paint.

I'd choose some storage pieces that would serve dual purposes like a small ottoman with a lid that's easily accessible.
Over the door hooks work well if the doors will close with those on them.
