The white won't stay white whether it's white or antique- after time it begins yellowing. I suggest using a light gray.
I would do whatever makes you happy. If the antique white is not any more expensive though I personally would consider using.
Since it is already done and you said it turned out beautifully, I would leave it. As mentioned above, caulk will eventually get darker with age...so it will blend more with time.
