Buy another hdmi cord, then connect to another hdmi slot n your TV
you can either connect another hdmi cord, or you can use the auxiliary cables to hook it up. You should have more than one input for either of them.
I have both Roku and WIFI. I would first make sure my router is plugged in, and no plugs are loose. If that doesn't resolve the problem, you just need to go into your wifi settings menu, go to the Network Settings menu, and check the network test option. You may have to re-enter your password if you need to reconfigure. You can call your WIFI provider to help you do this over the phone.
You can also use your TV remote, press the Source button, and try the various hook ups like HDMI 1, or HDMI 2, maybe you just need to pick the output.
Also be sure to exit Roku when done by hitting the top right button to take you to main menu. Then use your TV remote Source button to move to the other HDMI port, or the TV.
