Why doesn't my Hibiscus blooms open fully?

Xora plants need about 6-8 hours a day of full sun to produce great blooms. If they're not in the sun, move them otherwise you just get long stems/branches and very little color. If they are in the sun, they need an acidic soil with good drainage. If they are given too much fertilizer they will spend their efforts producing long stems and branches instead of flowers so keep their diet lean [no fertilizer] and see how they do. Maintain proper water needs during this time and you should start to see blooms soon.
