My aunt took all of her patio/outdoor furniture and removed the fabrics and redid them in macramé . They looked beautiful and have lasted through several seasons..
May I suggest you take exact measurements and go to the Home Depot or Lowe's . Have them cut plywood to fit your seating needs and paint with outdoor paint .
my mom has a swing like that. She used slats of wood to make it look more like a bench, then she uses patio chair covers to make it more comfortable
look at used stores for thick leather belts--they can be fastened together where needed with Chicago screws bought where horse tack is sold
Try to take back material off and fix to seat ,then use twine to weave a pattern for backrests
You can redo the webbing on the second chair. My dad used to redo ours every couple years, because of pool chlorine.

You can get used belts at the Thrift stores. They make great chair seats. My Neighbor went to a yard sale and bought sheets.... yes sheets. She sewed them to make a washable awning on her swing. Looked great.
Ok I need to say a out there. For the larger piece measure go to a thrift store look at the bed covers, one not supper thick (try twin size) use fishing line for sewing or rivets. Chair lots of possible again measure/ possible fabrics blue jean jacket, sport team coat, use xl mans jacket cut and sew onto the chair.

Try ripping out the seams with a seam ripper , make a paper pattern , then use a canvas painters drop cloth for fabric
