DrAinsworth I need extra actual sink? Can be replaced amazon. Home depot . Drains below the sink? If your not real good call the plumber cheaper than a double repair

If the enamel is worn, you can buy a Tub & Tile paint kit from Rustoleum or Homex, and a chip repair kit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpIPv3xH6WI

The drain covers will need to be replaced. Once the finish is worn there is no way to repair them.
