How can I get rid of Japanese knotweed?

My back yard is full of this invasive weed! Last summer I paid $1000 to dig it all up, and it all came back.

This is a tuff one to get rid of. Ensure you get to the root of the problem. The roots can go down to 2m. If you miss a piece, it will grow back into a new plant and potentially spread the infestation even further
