Improve drainage by aerating the lawn, rake and remove all debri. When you find mushrooms, remove them before the under cap opens dispensing the spores.
They are actually a sign of good, fertile, organic soil. They will help to break down the debris and feed your lawn. If you have concerns with children or pets, you could treat with a fungicide, or keep and eye on everyone so they don't eat them and allow nature to do her thing.

Fungicides will not get rid of the underlying issue., shady damp soil.
