soak a large towel in soapy water. Lay it over the front of the car to loosen the dried on bugs. After 15 minutes or so you'll be able to just wash them off
I have used Goo-Gone to remove bugs. Use a soft rag also. It will take some elbow grease, but they will come off. WD-40 will work and not damage your car. Mr. Clean magic eraser will work yoo.
Dryer sheets!!! Wet the sheets and just rub. Comes right off. Wash with soap and water afterward because it will leave a film on your vehicle.
Spray them with WD-40 and wipe off with a paper towel or old towel.
Dryer sheets work really well for this purpose! Good luck!
wd-40 works really well and won't hurt the paint

Goo-gone has always been a problem for me. But WD-40 is great.
Plain old baking soda does not scratch and works fine. Dampen a cloth with it, scrub away and then wipe with a clean water, then a dry cloth.
