Abby Givens on Dec 24, 2015I use them for pretty much all of this but with Christmas here: No tissue paper? Or would rather not waste paper? Cut up grocery bags into strips or however you'd like to place in gift bags. Crochet? Cut up just as you would cut t shirts to make t shirt yarn and use a large (like a 15mm) crochet hook to make sleep mats for homeless people. Hand them out as a light weight, washable (or shakeable shake of dirt etc.) sleeping solution for those less fortunate.
