Looks to me like that's just waiting to be a planter
Fold fresh towels and place in a corner of your guests' room!
Plant succulents with a trailing ivy so it can climb the handle
Line it and use as a planter. Or use it in the bathroom for wash clothes or small toiletries.
Hi Grambubba, line your basket with moss, put soil in up to 2" from the top, place succulents on the soil, one at a time, pouring fine gravel all around each one. You'd probably get about five small ones in there. Very cheap to buy. Very easy to maintain.
good luck

You can use it as a planter or even a hanging planter!
You can roll towels for your bathroom -- roll on the long side and place them standing up. You can place the basket on the floor -- if you want to add some pretty silk flower vines to the handle, that would like nice, too.
You can use it for gift giving. When we moved into our new home several years ago, a friend gave us a basket with little things for the new house. It was really thoughtful. During the holidays, you can make up a themed gift basket for a special person or family. It doesn't have to be expensive...you can get things at the dollar store.
Hello Bea,
You can use that pretty basket to store nice towels in your bathroom, or to store some nice fire wood to decorate the area of your fireplace if you have one. Also, you can add some fresh fruit in them and store on your kitchen counter. These are just a few ideas I had when I saw this basket. Hope this helps!

I have a lot of silk flowers that I use for various things. I store them in an basket like that, arranged nicely, like they have just been picked. Then I can move it around to where ever I need a pick me up.
I have one like it that I use to out my dogs toys in, or how about books or magazines. Flip flops would be good store days no there too!
I have turned these into pretty flower Easter baskets for my daughters! http://www.designimprovised.com/2015/03/diy-easter-basket.html
Hello Bea; I have a Basket about that size, and I have Cookbooks, that I am looking at in it with the pages marked, for recipes that I plan to make!!!
Aside from that; such a nice large basket can always be used for so many things. If you enjoy crafting, your supplies could all fit, more than likely...Unless you are me!!!
This basket would be Beautiful with magazines, flowers, fabric.......How about in your bedroom and use it to hold items that get moved around, and need to be taken back to their proper spot!!!
Once you start using this basket, you will probably be on the lookout for another one!!! Good Luck!
You can paint them all the way up to the rim or just the handle and rim to match your decor for any room. You can use it to hold towels for bathroom, books/mags for family room or bedroom, cookbooks or hand towels for kitchen. Planters for succulents, herbs, small plants lined with coco fiber liners! So many options!!!! Have fun!
wAHL....Maybe I sound silly BUT....you could make it into a hat or a hanging basket.
